About Nick

Nick Hornedo is a comic based in Brooklyn, New York. A two-time Moth SLAM winner, Nick combines traditional standup with storytelling across NYC including at The Bell House and the Upright Citizens Brigade. His storytelling comedy show, Campfire Tales, has been listed in TimeOut and features comedians from SNL, Comedy Central, and NPR.​

You can find his comedy in cool places like Vulture, McSweeney’s, and Points In Case as well as on his social media where he’s posted shorts that have received over 1 million views (and have even been included in an episode of Pod Save America!)

Debut Solo Show

Watch This When You Get Home is Nick’s debut comedy solo show which will be making it’s international debut at the 2025 Edinburgh Fringe Festival through Underbelly. Nick has previously workshopped this hour around New York City, including SOLOCOM, ProjectforFest, and the New York City Fringe Festival.

Synopsis

Nick made his high school girlfriend a breakup movie because he didn't know how to distinguish life from art. A decade later, Nick and his ex reunite to find some closure. Will they succeed? Or will Nick make this just another performance?
